i have a hp laptop.in my laptop the power is reduced often.what can i do. how to solve it.

Do you mean the speed of the CPU goes down when you aren't doing anything?

Thats your CPU idling, when your CPU idles it underclocks itself to reduce heat and power comsumption.

And whats with the massive space in your post?
