Maybe a better Keyboard+Mouse combo? Nothing drops below 60 FPS not even BF3 set to Ultra 64p maps. iRacing gets 140-240+fps. Dirt 3 stays well above 100fps Games played Dirt3, BF3, iRacing and looking at some others.
