Soyo Topaz S - trying to match settings on both monitors

I have 2 Soyo Topaz S monitors with the screen resolution set to 1600 X 1200 pixels on both. Monitor #1 has the image in the center of the monitor with a 1.75" black bar on both sides. I can see the complete window perfectly in monitor #1. Monitor #2 has a 2.5" black bar on the left and 1.5" bar on the right. I have tried moving the horizontal position all the way to 0 and it still is not centered in the screen. I do not have a user manual, so I am noy sure what I am doing wrong.

Well these monitors are supported for 1900x1080 so i would first start with that. The next issue would be scaling with your video card. Mine works just fine at normal 1080p res. But if you load up your ATI or Nvidia software you should be able to stretch the image to full screen. The monitors seemingly we not built with a good auto sizing function i have noticed.
So either go to the proper resolution or go and stretch the desktop.
