Are these componentes compatible and do they all fit in this case?

Saphire Radeon HD 6870
INTEL CPU CORE i5-3450
Gskill DDR3 PC12800 Ripjaws 8GB
Asrock H77M
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB

And will I be able to upgrade to a better GPU with that case? Does the GPU that I've chosen fits in the case?

Youv got an ATX compatible case and a micro ATX board, so they will definitely fit together. The case claim's to support high end cards, so again no problem with it physically fitting.

All the parts are compatible. You should be fine.
Yes I think you could put in a longer card there if you wanted.

I'm asking this because it says that the max GPU size is 275mm.
