and i have ddr2, will this graphics card works on my pc

motherboard memory and graphics card memory are 2 different things, so yes that card will work with your motherboard

I think you have ddr2 ram and yes ddr3 graphic will works with ddr2 ram in system. Because graphic card memory speed is not depends on system ram speed. They work separately.

I am using ddr5 graphic card with ddr2 ram. So dont worry.
