Making a SFF pc, right now have these parts

Which graphic card would be good to use? (has to be small enough to fit in case, play recent video games such as skyrim, diablo iii, starcraft ii, etc.)
Also, would I need to buy a new fan? Right now have a cheap AMD fan.
Also looking for the cheaper parts to buy, can be used etc.
