Low memory score HTPC

Built a little HTPC for a friend:

Windows 7 HP
A8-3870K
F1A75-M Pro
Kingston Hyper X 2 x 2GB DDR3 1600MHz 9-9-9-24-29
INWIN BL631 mATX 300W
Hitachi 1TB 7200 RPM

Runs quite nice and quite so I'm happy but my memory only gets a Windows Experience Index score of 5.9 I have another computer with 4 GB of ram at the same speed getting in the mid 7's for memory score. While I realize that the WEI is not the most important benchmark, I would like to know if something funky might be going on. I suspect the ram might not be running in dual channel mode although it is installed correctly on the MB in slots 1 & 3. Command rate 1.

Are there any artificial memory score ceilings we know of? Screenshot below.

WEI maxes out memory at 5.9 if it drops below 4GB no matter how fast it is. Since your IGP is borrowing RAM it maxes at 5.9.

Your other computer must have a discreet graphics card to go above 5.9 with 4GB RAM.

Hmm that sounds reasonable, I have a 5850 in the other rig. Do the memory scores from Performance Test 7.0 look reasonable?
