Which video card should i choose?

I can't decide which video card should i need to take. its radeon hd6770 (asus vs gigabyte silent cell) vs hd7750 ( http://www.gigabyte.lv/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4131#ov )

my pc:
gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2 http://www.gigabyte.lv/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3583#ov
amd athlon II x4 645
4gb ram ddr3
500w psu

I quit buying AMD/ATI GPUs because their drivers are consistently buggy. I realize everybody has a bug occasionally but theirs are the rule and not the exception.

if you wan't a nvidia solution i would say, wait a little kepler cards are around the corner, when they are released you will probably find a great card a great price.

if you don't have problems with AMD (normally yes driver problems, and you should look for fixes sometimes) the 7xxx series are the new deal, so if you wan't a today graphics card, you can get one of those.

the 7750 is significantly worse than the 6770. Read the benchmarks in this article.
It performs worse than a 5770, which is a slightly slower card than the 6770.

Unless energy consumption is a concern (7750 uses very little power) then go with the 6770.

edit: the 6xxx series is only one generation behind and represents a better deal for those on a budget. Until we get some price drops, the 7750 is not worth it.

and asus and gigabyte are both good brands, pick whichever you like. Don't pay extra for either though.

yes it is a good solution if you can't wait for kepler cards, it will perform very good at this resolution. and will fit your budget.
