Ie 64 bit probs

Can anyone help me? Just bought a new computer with windows 7 on it, when i connect to the internet i can only connect via ie64 and not the normal internet explorer or by my bt broadband icon, also when conected to internet the phone line is engaged.Could anyone help

Contact customer support. You're really messed up if your broadband internet causes your phone to give a busy signal. (Ah, that nostalgic whiff of oh-so-slow dialup...)
