That's the absolute bare minimum. You're gonna want to account for the rest of the build as well as power surges.

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2

@alosha
Also, do you want modular capabilities?

Here's another recommendation...

SeaSonic M12II 650

A system with a single GTX 670 requires a 500W PSU with two 75W 6-pin PCIe power connectors and should have at least 32A on the 12V rails.

A review of a stock GTX 670 in a system with a highly OCd, power hungry i7 965 showed total system power consumption of 279W at full load: http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-670-review/8 A system with two GTX670s in two-way SLI mode consumed 433W: http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-670-2-and-3way-sli-review/4
A good quality 500W PSU is more than sufficient for your planned build. Considering you were looking at the AX850, you are not wanting to skimp on the PSU and that's a good thing. he Seasonic M12II-520 with 40A on the 12V rails and sufficient PCIe power connectors is a great PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093&Tpk=m12ii%20520 and has a 15% discount right now.
