CPU : core i3 2100 @ 3.1Ghz
Mobo : ECS h61h2-m2 (b3) v.1
RAM : G.skill Ares 8GB ddr3 1333mhz ram
GPU : HD 6870 ddr5 1GB Powercolor
PSU : 500W aerocool strikex 80 plus bronze.
Case : Aerocool VS4

WISH : I want to play ALL DEMANDING GAMES at MAXED SETTINGS at my native resolution 1366x768

PROBLEM : 1) Can my rig fulfill my WISH? 2) is my PSU good for my rig?

that's all guys, that's all.... i just reposted this coz only a 3 or 4 at max replied..... please and please.......

Change the psu to a better brand... seasonic, antec, silverstone, xfx, corsair, pc power & cooling, ...one of those brands and make sure your RAM is 1.5v. Everything else looks fine.

No, that rig wont fulfil your wish.

Get an i5 2500k CPU or the i5 3570k.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Sandybridge-i5-2500K-Quad-Core-Processor/dp/B004FA8NX2/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1337156911&sr=1-1

Upgrade the GPU to at least a 7850.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-11200-01-20G-HD7850-GDDR5-Graphics/dp/B007MSI4NS/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1337156882&sr=1-2

Get 1600Mhz RAM
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9-1600MHz-Vengeance-Memory/dp/B004CRSM4I/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1337156859&sr=1-1

I don't even recognize that motherboard. Looked it up and the specifications on it don't look all that great. Get an AsRock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Z77-Extreme4-Motherboard-Supports-CrossFireX/dp/B007KTY4A6/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1337156841&sr=1-1

Dont know about the case, but I doubt a $55 case will hold a rig of the calibre you want. I suggest a HAF 912 as its cheap and very good.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cooler-Master-HAF-912-Plus/dp/B003XEDTLM/ref=pd_cp_ce_0

Up the PSU to 600-700W, 500W leaves no room for upgradability or overclocking.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMPSU-650TXV2UK-Enthusiast-Series-Performance/dp/B004O0P9TO/ref=sr_1_5?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1337157005&sr=1-5

For any fast machine you'l want an SSD, if only to speed up boot times.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Crucial-CT128M4SSD2-128GB-M4-SSD/dp/B004W2JKZI/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1337157312&sr=1-1

Assuming if you want maximum performance, youl want to overclock. Need an aftermarket CPU cooler for that. The CM Hyper 212 EVO is a good start.
www.amazon.co.uk/COOLER-MASTER-RR-212E-16PK-R1-Cooler-Version/dp/B0068OI7T8/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1337157393&sr=1-1

If your budget only extends to what you'v got written down, your wish may be impossible. Hell, even the stuff I suggested wont max out a game like Crysis 2 or Metro 2033 on a proper 1920x1080 monitor.
