Pentium G640 VS G840

I'm curious about what is the difference between the Intel Pentium G640 and the G840.
They both have the exact frequency, cache and everything else as far as I've seen.
So is the g840 better in some ways or is it the same?

I think the G840 doesn't have L2 cache. That's the only difference I see when I compare the details in newegg. Not sure if this is true or not.

Anywho, I recommend you just grab the G640. It's cheaper and comes with a heatsink.
