1100$ CA. Budget build your thought ?

Building a gaming PC for the child of a friend.Iits the 13years old kid own money so 1100$ is realy the max he can afford. Trying to get him a PSU with enough power to support a future GPU upgrade.

Not sure if you forgot to list it or just dont have one but definitely try to steer away from using stock cpu fans, you can use them but I recommend not to.

Well that build end at 1098$ so I'd need to go cheaper on something in order to change the stock fan with something else. not sure if it worth it on a mid range gaming build. I could always forget about the i5-2500k to get an i5-2500 but is that such a stock build would really need extra fans ?

well I go a little overboard when it comes to cooling but you could try downgrading your cpu just a tiny bit to a
