you should be fine.. cpu is blehh but gpu is great. Not sure why your asking since you already have the system, maybe checking before you buy the games, idk but a good way of checking is using canyourunit.. http://systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/

The cpu will limit you in both games as they are both cpu heavy, though unless you have the money for a new cpu/board/mem don't bother upgrading it

it's not worth 900 imo i wouldn't pay more than 250-350 for it and that cpu will limit you in both games it's a bad buy imo mate if i was you i wouldn't buy it no disrespect intended but it sucks

The cpu is too weak. I recommend nothing less than an i5-2400. You'll have to replace the motherboard as well

Two common issues among nearly all prebuilds is that they are unbalanced, in that one component will cause a bottleneck well before another component reaches its potential, and that they are overpriced. If you build your own computer you'll save a lot of money and will be able to select your own components for a balanced system that will fit your needs.

As for the build you linked to, personally I wouldn't go for it. Although the GPU is a great one, the CPU and memory are not quite to par. You also haven't given any info on the PSU.
