How to make a 12V Adapter to ATX from a micro ATX power supply

i have an intel s3000ah motherboard and it´s 12v CPU conector consist in 8 pins. the power supply i have avaliable ys an micro ATX and it´s connector has 4 pins. how can i ad the missing 4 pins? it´s ok to add them from any ohter cable of the power supply?

you might not need to the 4-PIN should fit the 8-PIN either the right 4 or left 4 holes.
