Depends on what you'll be doing...

The AMD processor offers better performance in multitasking and heavily threaded tasks.

For gaming, the Intel processor offers adequate gaming performance as well as a much better upgrade path.

I will be doing quite a bit of gaming but all quite low resource heavy games like CounterStrike, Garrys Mod, Minecraft. I am also going to have a dual screen setup so I will have browsers open also.

The AMD CPU will be much better for gaming.

AMD would be a better choice...especially for games like that.
