Which graphic card is best for dual core processor e5700

hey dude i want to buy a graphic card for my computer my pc specs are
intel pentium dual core processor (e5700) 3.00 ghz
ram 2 gb
currently i am using intel on board graphic card which is intel g41 express chipset 1 gb
my system is lenovo h22o
and i am also going to upgrade my ram so suggest me how much i should upgrade whether 4 gb or 6gb or can my pc handle 6 gb ram
my motherboard manufacturer is lenovo
my BIOS version : Lenovo BIOS Version: 5VKT14A V1.4A

You cannot utilize 4 or 6 GB RAM unless your processor is 64bit. 32bit processor cannot use more than 3GB of RAM

You could throw in 4 gigs, but it really only utilizes around 3.25, so if that .25 is worth the money its up to you.

That PC appears to be a mini tower. You will need a low profile graphics card, and you also need to find the wattage of your psu. Dont expect too much out of this machine for gaming.

now i am currently using win 7 pro 64 bit and can i change my processor can someone suggest me a good processor which can my motherboard handle and i am also going to upgrade my ram to 6 gb and please tell me how i can know my psu so that i can reply fast thank u for answering
