It says I have to contribute one tutorial, does a Thermal Paste Removal/Installation Guide count? Or did I name that as "guide" well..technically they are related :/

The Teacher badge is for a feature that either doesn't exist, doesn't work or is not currently enabled.

So I'm guessing that, since no-one at Tom's has ever written a feature on muffin cooking ...

Calls for comments and Tutorial badges have never been active in this version of the forum.

No one has the teacher badge since there is no way to tell the forum system that someone wrote a tutorial. Joe once made a call for comments thread so some people have the Attache badge, but that is the only call for comments thread i know of.

Interesting.
Was that call for comments topic in the public domain or in the closed section of the forum?

Shouldn't be too hard to check on when the call for comments went out.
Anyone who got the Attache badge will have an award notice in their PMs.

Good idea WR2. I got mine 9-16-2010.

Amuffin, i think they rolled out the badge system before everything was fully functional for all mirrors, in the thread i linked above you will notice joe said the feature wasn't quite ready for everyone to be able to use yet since it was still in french, i think that happened with both call for comments and tutorials. It would be nice to have a better tutorial system in place but stickied guides work reasonably well.
