AMD A-10 5700 good enough for diablo 3?

I am having trouble running diablo 3 with my new pc. My specs are AMD A-10 5700 with hd7660d graphics with 12g ddr3,window 7 64 bits. what would be my best option? Option 1 is to buy radeon hd 6670 and run a hybrid crossfire. Option 2 is to buy a geforce 550ti and run it solo and disable the hd7660d. Or is my CPU the problem. I am running my game at native resolution of my moniter at 1920x1080 at lowest setting but there are lots of graphic problems such as tearing and artifacts and discoloration. Thanks in advance for any help.

AMD A-10 5700 is a quad core chip.
That cpu should be sufficient for Diablo 3.
Buy radeon hd 6670
You will see an increase in performance.

Sounds like driver problems. Uninstall all the drivers and reinstall them and then reinstall diablo 3. The gpu and cpu should be powerful enough for diablo 3.

Yeah the A10 5700 is absolutely powerful enough for Diablo 3--the issue you are having lies elsewhere.
