Building 2 pc's

Hello Community,

I am trying to built two desktop computers, one I need for work and the other for play!!!

On the first computer what would be the essential parts (the PC would be used primary for data, I will be installing Microsoft word Excel…., My business program which includes images of my merchandise and maybe adobe Photoshop and acrobat. My budget is 300-400 without counting the operating system. With this budget can I built a stable and good working PC?

The second PC is going to be gaming type PC with bell and whistle, I will be using it primarily for editing movies video and music, my budget on that pc is 1500.00 without the operating system

Yes its possible to meet those goals, I'm thinking for the basic system a Llano build would be the best option, but for the gamer I'd go with an Intel system. For more specifics, I'd ask you to fill out the form that can be found here:

yes please fill out the form and be as specific as possible on any hardware you already have or that you need. ie keyboard, mouse, monitors (what resolution do you have or need) DVD drives. how big a hdd you need for your office pc. any space requirements for cases?
what business software will you be running what OS do you have or will have for each machine.
