Well i have been wanting to get water cooling for my processor. I already have all my parts other than my case, graphics card, fan, and water cooling system. So this is my list http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx... i am wondering if all this stuff fits? I also want to do a push/pull type of water cooling.

More about : water cooling

lol, yes it'll work.

I thought you were talking about real water cooling. Those fisher price all in ones are filled with ethylene glycol.

If you want a real water cooling loop, here's a good start...

What do you mean real water cooling loop? is a h100 not one?

The H100 is a kit designed for easy installation and decent performance; what DeusAres is talking about is a system that likely has a larger radiator, higher volume water pump, actual water for cooling, and a better CPU water-block which requires a bit more skill in assembling but yields significantly better cooling performance.

No, for starters, it uses a substance known as ethylene glycol as its coolant. It's ok at dissipating heat, but not nearly as good as water.

However, I do have a couple of questions for you...Do you enjoy tinkering with your computer? Would you be comfortable with a custom water cooling loop? It's recommended that you clean these loops annually. The H100, however, doesn't require maintenance.

Lol, no worries. It's good enough. If you'd rather not mess with water cooling and push/pull at all, you could go with one of these...

Noctua NH-D14
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

It performs on par with the H100.

If you're still thinking about doing a push/pull config with the H100, all it consists of is a matter of fan placement and some screws. You pretty much just have fans mounted so that it sandwiches the radiator. Here's a youtube video on it. Maybe it'll help you out a bit...

The Watercooling sticky will help you evaluate if you are ready for it, or if a H100 is more your thing, pushpull is a term used to describe fan setup on a rad/heatsink, both sets of fans blow the same direction so on one side its pushing air into the rad/fins, and the other side is pulling it out, hence the name

Get outta here come'on really H-100 you must be kidding that fisher price pretend watercooling hunk of junk sounds like a dam swamp cooler on high speed fan on lowest it's doesn't cool any better than the evo if that's not bad enough already even gets worse a NH-D14,THERMALRIGHT SILVER ARROW,will preform better, quieter, just as good or within margin of error if the H-100 fan speed on high then when you take price into account replacing those loud stock fans by that time you could buy a rasa kit or just stick with NH-D14,THERMALRIGHT SILVER ARROW, saves you a good amount of coin bottom line if you want to watercool ;)  get this http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_p... so the moral of the story is H-100 =HELL NO !

You don't do weekly maintenance other than keeping an eye on things, you can flush etc every 3 month, 6months, annually or even every couple of years if you want,,
Read the W/c sticky and decide if its what you want, but it really isn't as scary as you might think :-)

Its quite a specific part of Pc enthusiasm so maybe they don't want to fully explore w/c gear, there is a list of sites in the sticky for people all over the world to get you started though,
That and googling ' Pc watercooling' should find you a few sites, as well as checking buildlogs etc to see who others use regularly,
I'm in the U.K. so Newegg for me is just a site I use for U.S. members, I use totally different suppliers to those you would

That indeed is quite a problem i would suggest you get more informed so you will feel more open to other stores that are trust worthy :)

Top 3.
1. FrozenCPU
2. Performance-PC
3. SVC

These are the top 3 names in the business, SVC is local to me so I ordered my parts and went and picked them up from their warehouse. But, I have heard Frozen is also one of the best, assuming you're buying online. Another good store is Microcenter.

FrozenCpu are also one of the highest priced, as I mentioned earlier, the list in the sticky is there because those sites are used by many of us and are known factors, they wouldn't be there if they weren't good vendors
