Graphics card for minor but regular PC

I dont really game on PC but I would like to play Skyrim on good FPS 720p (my res is 1440 x 900) I sadly game on X360 I would like if it could run BF3 on Medium not sure about the other specs. I watch a lot of Youtube videos if that matters lol, I would connect to my monitor with VGA (moniter has a dvi like this cards one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125403 i have no clue what its called)

$130< please no higher Im thinking of a 6850 or 550 ti but im not sure and I have a Corsair 430w (I will not upgrade to a new one just got this)
