if you have that budget, then i recommend you coolermaster thunder 500W(Rs3200) or coolermaster extreme power plus 500W(Rs.3700). for ur graphics card, actually a 400W PSU is enough(I have the same graphics card working with techcom 450W PSU) But im recommending these supplies considering the future aspect of you upgrading your graphics card to a high end(like a radeon HD7950).

PS: the above quoted price are as shown in ebay. at metros, price will be always lower than this

he Gigabte Superb E620 is made by FSP for Gigabyte. Although FSP is a decent OEM PSU manufacturer, that PSU appears to be overrated; it only has 432W (36A) available on the 12V rails. A good PSU should be able to supprt most of the load on the 12V rails; for a 620W PSU I would expect about 600W available on the 12V rails. There should be better options available to you, especially with the low power load that your PC will draw. A system with a single HD5670 requires a 400W PSU that should have at least 22A on the 12V rails. The Gigabyte is electrically sufficient for your PC, but quality is uncertain and you're likely paying too much for that PSU.

I know that PSUs are overpriced in India. Do you have a site that we can look at and make recommendations?

Stay away from the Coolermaster Extreme Power PSUs, they are known to be overrated, overpriced, and tend to damage components when they fail. Review of the Extreme Power Plus 500W: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Power-Plus-500-W-Power-Supply-Review/728
I'd trust the Thunder Series even less. The only series of PSUs that I would consider from Coolermaster are the Silent Pro PSUs, but I avoid companies that lie about their products in order to price gouge their customers.

Whoa!! I didnt know that.. The coolermaster series(i dont have personal experience with it) was recommended by some of my friends and thats why i recommended the same to him. Thanks for this eye-opening. And what about Corsair cx500? This was also among the list of recommended PSUs

The CX500 is a decent PSU that can typically be found at a great price. After MIR they are some of the value kings. The CX500 can be bought for @25 after MIR in the US right now....you won't find a better PSU at that price point.

The HD6870 actually draws more power than the HD7870. A system with a single HD6870 requires a 500W PSU with at least two 75W 6-pin PCIe power connectors and should have at least 32A on the 12V rails. The Corsair CX500 with 34A on the 12V rail and two 150W 6+2 Pin PCIe power connectors is sufficient for your build. If you are willing to use Flipkart.com then the Seasonic S12II-520: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-520-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5hzvzt9cx?pid=PSUD5XZ4KFH65H9E&ref=1ec79da1-f67e-47ee-b6f9-7919b5a2dd0e is just over your budget and a great deal. I run an HD6950 on this PSu with absolutely no issues....quiet, great electricals, and a 5 year warranty from one of the top PSU manufacturers. Edit: Above review is for the S12II-430; here is a review of the 520W version: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=185

Considering your budget a Corsair CX500 Watts is a decent power supply for your system , a higher one will be and overkill for your specs.

It's good to see a builder not cheaping out on the psu.
