Need to ask these questions...
Do you plan a mulitple SLI (multiple GPU) set up in the future.
What websites are you buying off?
For your current specs this would be enough-

This is enough for your build, one of the best for the price (even in rupees).

You need no more than 550W for your build, your GPU's TDP is 150W, Your CPUs's TDP is 95W thats 245W, the hard drive would draw around 12-24W, the CD drive 12W.

The corsair cx430 supplies around 345w and gpu + processor is going to be 245w and mobo around 100w and peripherals will also take some power. Is it a good idea to go for cx430?

Even with overclocking 430 watts is enough for the spec
These guys use an overclocked I7-920 / X58 system, your not going to use as much power
http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-r...
286 watts from the wall running 3D06
82% psu efficiency
~235 watt DC load, did I mention that you wouldn't use as much power ?
Will be a bit higher with some games, not enough to worry about if you choose a good quality psu like the S12II 430

The mobo draws 100W?What mobo have you got.
I have a gigabyte ga-b75m-d3h . I read on a website that the components on mobo take about a 100w.
IS this good ? http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-gx-550-watts-psu/...

Best solution
No stay away from the Coolermaster GX series...the only Cooleramster PSUs that I would say are OK are the Silent Pro series.
The Seasonic S12II-430 is less expensive, sufficient for your PC and MUCH higher quality: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-430-watts-psu/p/...
If you think that you need more power, then the S12II-520 is STILL less expensive: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-520-watts-psu/p/...
If the Seasncs aren't available, then take a look at the Antec VP450 or VP550; they should be less expensive than the Coolermaster PSUs and are better quality.

The Corsair CX430 has is electrically sufficient but as you pointed out it has insufficient PCIe power connectors. I always recommend buying a PSU that has sufficient power connectors so you don't have to use adapters. The Seasonic S12II-430 has sufficient connectors and is the minimum that I would recommend from Flipkart.
