Tomato firmware on Belkin Wireless G Plus Mimo

Hi All,

Has anyone tried using tomato firmware or DD-WRT on a Belkin Wireless G MIMO (Model F5D9230-4)

I am looking to restrict Bandwidth and data usage amongst a shared house. My current modem/router (TG585) doesn't seem to be able to support third party firmware. I have a spare modem and the Belkin router so was hoping to set this up instead.

i don't think there is any firmware available for the F5D9230-4

Yeah, spent last night digging for info and read this model router doesn't have enough memory to support flashing third party firmware.

I am considering getting a WAG120N Linksys as I think/hope the teddy bear firmware release will work on this platform.

Anyone tried this?

I would use a separate modem and router. haven't seen a 3rd party firmware supporting the modem of an ADSL/router.

I have managed to source a modem and separate linksys router which supports Tomato.
