How to install ati graphics card on a computer without a graphics card

my laptop currently didn't come with pre-installed graphics card is there a way i can install a software for this drivers instead of buying an external graphics card?

Your laptop has integrated graphics..its part of the motherboard. Its hardware, not software. You cant just download a better graphics card, its a device that has to be plugged into the motherboard, and you cant do that on a laptop. You can download an updated driver for the graphics chipset you have. Sometimes this will give a slight increase in performance, or fix problems
