My first time build. For gaming and some editing/recording

Hey guys, was hoping for some feedback on my currently planed build.

The CPU, GPU and MOBO is pretty much banked, as I am sure there's nothing better i can get for the same amount of money.
But as for the rest I'm open to suggestions.

For the PSU I'm hoping i could use the one i have, a corsair SX600Watt.

Looks fine to me :) 

If you only do minor editing and recording you could easily step down to 8GB RAM and a 3570K.

In fact, since I don't see a CPU cooler I'd guess you aren't going to overclock so could get a non-K version and save a little more).
