Hi guys,

Followed this advice: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/302360-31-computer-turns-split-shuts, and breadboarded my computer and got the one beep to signal post.

However, the after leaving it on for about five minutes it shuts off, and will not power on again. Resetting the PSU and clicking the power button produces a two quick clicks in the PSU unit, but nothing else (no fans spin, etc.). I have not been able to post since.

I tried another MB, and the same issue occurred (failure to post, as it simply turns on and directly off again).

It points to the PSU, but its a new ax650 - any ideas?

cheers.

If it's faulty on two motherboards then it sounds like the PSU from what your saying. If it's still under warranty then send it back or have an electronics store check it if they can.
