ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 - new build does not POST

Building a completely new PC, I had to send my BIOS chip to ASRock and they updated the BIOS version to support the IVY Bridge processor. Now after reassembling the PC, the Debug screen goes through its sequence, gets to a value of A3 and goes blank. Also, the power and reset button which are lit turn off. All fans are functioning, the Network port lights are blinking but the fans slow down and nothing happens.

Has this happened to anyone else? It is rather tough to debug when the debug values are blank.


Any help is greatly appreciated!

Seems it does not recognize the Radeon video card. Removed it and am installing windows. I tried to delete the post but was unsuccessful.
