New FX 8120 BSOD

I recently picked up an FX 8120 CPU and a 970A-DS3 Gigabyte mobo. They're with my GTX560 and 600W PSU. The issue I'm having is on boot up I get a BSOD telling me newly installed hardware isn't installed properly. I double checked everything and it seems perfect so I'm not sure what the issue is.

I tried to reformat and got all the way through the install once but then upon restart I got the BSOD again.

I bought these components at the local shop so If I have to return them its not the end of the world.

faulty PSU can cause that or mobo / double check all conector
