Average fps in BF3 with a hd6970?

I was wondering what the average fps would be with a hd6970 on ultra with msaa turned off. I get about 47-60 (more towards 47) on the outside of metro and i was wondering if that's a bit low for my setup.

cpu specs:
T1100 x6@4Ghz
8gb ddr3
radeon hd 6970

Also i got it oc to 940Mhz and 1425Mhz, it only gets me about a 1-3 fps boost, is it suppose to be that little? This is the first card i have oc.

Hard to say. You'd really just need to run benchmarks and get some hard numbers to compare.
