First build question

So I just completed my first build and the first few times it booted fine but now it will boot for a few seconds and then restart.
The debug LED says "recovery process started"

remove and reseat the ram.... Its always ram.

Hey so it turns out the ram I was using wasn't supported by my Mobo thanks for replying guys
