Approximate Purchase Date: this weekend.

Budget Range: $600

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming (mainly for Diablo 3), htpc

Parts Not Required: OS, PSU (have a corsair c500), lcd (24'', 1080P), graphic card (have a gigabytes 6770, is this enough for highest details at 1080P? If not, please recommend a new one).

this will either play it at the second highest setting or the highest setting. there isnt much of a graphical difference between the lowest setting and the highest setting. if you have a bit more budget, i would first upgrade the ram to 8gbs

This will play most games on medium-high settings at 1080 pixels. For the amount left over, the only gpu upgrade you could do would be buying another 6770 in crossfire. If you could sell your 6770 on ebay, you would probably have enough to get an upgrade to a 7850, which would give you a major performance boost.
