Bump your CPU volts.

Did you drop your HTLink speed and RAMs divider?

That either means its unstable or other components are effected by the OC.

Try upping your voltage a little (a tiny bit not alot).

You need to drop your RAM divider one notch -- same with the HTLink multiplier.

What is your RAM speed?

1333 now it 568mhz and my max was 52c and increased the volage to 1.440

Now check for stability, run Prime95 for a few hours atleast (24Hrs recommended).

250MHz is your system clock sweet spot with DDR3 13333.

Drop the RAM divider from 6.67 to 5.33 (5.33 x 250MHz = 1333MHz) so your RAMs will be running spec speed. Drop the HT Link speed to 8X (or 1600MHz) 8 x 250MHz = 2000MHz stock HT

Your IMC/NB should be fine at 10 x 250MHz with NB volts at 1.2v to 1.225v. With your system clock at 250MHz, drop your CPU multiplier to 13x and check for temps and stability.

You may then work the CPU multiplier upward in .5 increments.

edit: Be sure to 'ungang' your memory controller
