As it stands right now, I'll be off my budget 'cause of the OS + KB + Mouse. I'm pretty much open to suggestions to save money. Even changing from AMD to Intel is fine with me, but opted for AMD due to pricing. Another concern that I have is if the components are compatible : 1. Is the power supply enough. 2. WIll everything fit in the case. 3. Is there any bottleneck in the build. etc.
For the HD and monitor, idk what is good for a cheap price. For the monitor, I'm looking for a decent display for a decent price 'cause I wanted to play d3 on high settings.
I would switch the cpu to a PhenomII x4. The 975 has an additional $15 off til May 20th, bringing it down to $135. It wil work just fine in that motherboard. Take some of the $25 you would save there and get a better power supply like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
The last place you want to skimp is on the power supply
As far as a bottleneck, your cpu could easily keep up with a much better video card, so yes there is one. It wont cause a problem really though, as you will be able to get 100% usage out of the card.
