Can I run with this PSU?

My first build ever.

Specs.
ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
ASUS GT 440 1GB GDDR5 128-bit
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 RAM
2 DVD Write/Burn Combo (can use 1 if needed) (They are from OLD hp I have)

Case:
Rosewill REDBONE Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

My PSU:
Can I run on a 300 watt PSU that my REALLY OLD HP has because I can't afford a PSU since I'm not old enough to work?
I can't afford buying a PSU so please tell me even if its running on a 80-95% load.

I also won't be overclocking anything, just if you need to know that.

It's still not a great idea, but it's better than what your original post was planning; how old is the PSU (in years), and how many amps is the 12v supply rated at?

Max power draw of the GT 440 is 65W and Nvidia recommends a 300W PSU..it is definitely worth a try with your old PSU and I'm willing to be that you'll be good to go.

THANKS A LOT. I really needed this and I would be good to go to build the system since I wasn't sure. Of couse in 2 months or so later I will probably buy a 400 watt power supply but this is what I needed to know. Thanks
