My friend has the v6 gt and cools his oc'd X6 1090t, and i have a zalman 9900cnps cools my x6 1055t both cools like champs

The Cooler Master 212 is the best cpu cooler at its price hands down. Hyper N520 is not that great, I am using it and I can only get my 1090t to 3.8Ghz cause temps are holding me back.

Iw as going to get the V6 but it's too big for my mobo due to the heatsinks i have running down the left side. I am uploading pictures in a minute.

I'd say try for one of the Zalman coolers, there good and not as big as the V6, look into the size of the 212 cause if it'll fit then with push/pull i'd prob be pretty good.

I know the 212 will fit. it just sucks that I have to remove to mobo to install it. Is there anything about the same size as the 212 that would fit but is better?

Whats ur case? most cases have a panel behind the motherboard that if has an open access to the back of the motherboard usually is better than taking it out

Agree on that, and the other guy also cited the Tt FRIO, which is freaking LOUD. The fan mount is pure plastic and does a lot of vibration noise

Plus, I happen to have the Hyper212 and it is hands down, as you said, the best performer at its price range.

For dual its price you can get a new Phanteks, a Noctua NH-D14 or the TPC.812 (vapor chamber cooler), or one of those single rad water coolers, BUT all of them only reduce 2 to 4 degrees celcius the already cold temps of the Hyper 212 evo.

Saw a video where a guy had a Zalman cnps 9900 on ur motherboard, right now my cnps 9900 max keeps my oc'd 1055t at 18c idle and around 34c full load

Actually an H60 or H40 go for $60-65, and easily will fit ur motherboard lol but guessing ur looking for more air cooling as the title says
