What Nvidia video card should I get for enabling PhysX with 7970 HD?

I have 7970 HD. It is not a bad video card but I really miss PhysX feature from Nvidia. I heard that you can enable PhysX if you get just some low-end Nvidia GPU while running AMD as a primary video card for all heavy work. So, will any of these Nvidia video cards be enough for not just enabling PhysX, but also not interfering with 7970 HD's smooth performance?

I wanna run latest games like Batman or upcoming Metro 2033: Last Light on ultra settings with PhysX enabled. Will any of those video cards + 7970 HD be able to do that?

Can you still do that? I used to run a 9800 for PhysX with a 4870x2 but newer Nvidia drivers would disable their card if it detected a ATI/AMD card present. I haven't attempted it again in a few years though.

How exactly will AMD and Nvidia combo work in this case? Will Nvidia just enable PhysX and let AMD handle all the heavy work (including PhysX buffering)?
