My intel cedar trail platform laptop restart after i shut it down

Hello. I have a problem with an intel cedar trail platform, intel atom d2700 based laptop with apple brand. this laptop can't be turned off, it keeps on restarting, after a proper shut down the system goes off for 3-5 seconds and then it starts again. and can only be turned off by holding the power button. another problem is the battery can't be detected.

There is a problem with the power control inside the thing, probably easy fix for Apple and difficult for yourself.
