First off, there is no way I would build a computer with that PSU. I certainly wouldn't put an I5-2500K in there with it.

Secondly, you should verify that your GPU will fit into that case. I see the 550 is 8.25" long, but make sure it will go into that case. Check the reviews.

If you are not going to OC, you could go to the i3 and P67 mobo and use that money to upgrade your PSU and maybe your GPU. I say this because I don't see an after market cooler and you didn't mention it in your post.

What is your budget?

Okay, here's what I'm going to say about overclocking. It's pretty dang easy. Literally, just moving a switch and making sure a temperature doesn't go too high.

Don't get a "k" processor if you don't overclock. Get an i5-2400 instead. Anyway, you have a pretty unbalanced and rather strange build. Here's what I would suggest:

If you not going to overclock go for cheaper CPU go for the regular 2500 no K and with the money you save you can get a better 6850 and im looking for a cheaper mobo
