Bios setup software for 286 HP Vectra needed

This is probably a tough one, but I hope someone can help me out.

I have an old 286 HP Vectra - Model 45816A with an Intel processor 80286-8 from 1984. For old times' sake, I wanted to get it running again, but the back-up battery needed to be replaced. After replacing, I had to reconfigure the bios to detect my harddisk (hd model ST251). Only, I need the bios setup software for this model in order to do this. The software came along on a single disk with but I lost it after all these years.

It can't be found on the internet, so this is a final, desperate call for help. I'd be glad if someone could provide it or propose a workaround.
