ASUS 7950 Battlefield

I just got an Asus 7950 (OC) and when playing BF3 I get black fuzzy lines wandering around the screen. Is this a known issue, or something unique to my setup?

i7-2600k (4.0 Ghz)
Asus P8Z68-Deluxe
8-gb Mushkin (2133 hz)

I have a Sapphire 7970 and I have never seen this in BF3 with ultra settings. Are you using 12.2 drivers?

I also have the exact same processor and memory as you.

Try running BF3 again at stock CPU speeds....see if that clears anything up.

I have the XFX 7950 (but not BF3) and all my games play fine (no texture corruption or anything weird).

I had been running on my XFX XXX 5870 with everything else being the same with no problems at all.

Don't use the ASUS drivers. Download AMD drivers from their site and see if that fixes it.

that fixed it, thanks. Still only getting ~50fps at High settings, I would think this card could run everything at ultra and be fine.

What resolution are you playing at?

I play at 1080 and I get 50-60 FPS on ultra with my 7970. 7950 should have same frames at that resolution.

Are your CCC settings at default? What are you setting AA too?

I have not changed the default CCC settings at all.
