I have the same question, but with the stock heatsink and fan. I have mine at 3.7MHz right now, 1.45V...is that too far?

No,as long as temp is well below official max.

Thank you, dmmbbs. I dropped my X6 1100T back down to stock settings b/c while I was playing wolfenstein, it got to around 70C, which idk how it got their without burning up or shutting down. I'm just going to wait until I get my liquid cooling, then OC.
