I want to be able to play PC games, but for now really just Diablo 3 with my 55in 1080p Plasma Tv as a monitor. How does this build look and will it all work together.

I wouldn't even consider a Rosewill psu , not a quality brand at all , they don't make thier psu they just put thier name on it so you don't really know what your getting.
The video card could be better , I'm guessing your on a tight budget but I would get a 560 or 560Ti instead.
The cpu could be the K version for $10 more and then you could overclock it.

After the rebate it would only be $10 more and you would have a decent quality psu.

As I had said for only $10 you can get the K version.

After the rebate for only $90 more you can get a much better video card.

Or $35 more.

Rosewill has some high end psu's, unfortunately the one you listed (your link is wrong too) isn't one of them.

I suggest at least a 80+ Bronze unit.

A 550ti is kinda weak for what your doing, you should consider a less expensive mobo and a better graphics card. If you don't plan to overclock or run multiple graphics cards, you don't need a Z68.

Consider this:
