ASUS u56e premium laptop with i2450m

i was just wondering if anyone know this laptop ... and how to turbo or enable turbo boost to turn on to alway on ...
system is with i5 2450m 2.5ghz with 3.1ghz turbo boost... just wondering how do i alway turn on

It turns on when it is needed (when you open a CPU intensive program), if it was always turned on then the laptop would always be hotter, at 2.5GHz its fast anyway.
