Planning on building this in an old xbox original case that i will be modding.

Prefer the price and power of the pentium, from my reckoning it should be pretty quite anyway as well. And as for a pico psu, apart from scaring me a bit, i would prefer an internal psu.

If just browsing and streaming, +1 on the E-350, I have one of those in my laptop. It should do the same job as the Pentium but consume 25% of the power. That will make it a lot quieter.
