Dell Dimension E521 half upgrade

Hello I have a Dell Dimension E521 and I upgraded my RAM and its slot it a DDR2 PC2-5300, also my video card which is a Radeon™ HD 4650 Graphic Card. Then my processor died, I would like too upgrade it but from what I know no one makes processor for it any more. Should I get a new motherboard and processor or a new computer and if a new MB and processor what should I get thats compatible with the video card and RAM I bought. If I need a new computer what is the best one for under $500 and for a online gamer? Thank you for your help.

Sorry to hear about death of cpu, if you can take the parts apart and probably sell the ram and graphic card or put them into another pc. Check on Dell and Newegg for good PC deals under 500. Stick with Intel CPU imho.
