Hi,

I am also trying to built my first DAW and I really appreciate if your motherboard choosen has a TI (TExas Instrument) chipset on board for its firewire interface port. I already have an audio interface Edirol FA-66, which usally has incompatibilities with none TI chipsets.

If you were to tell me that it has and also, that you did not find anything incompatible, I will follow your hardware preferences.

Thanks for your time !

Juan
