Good low price GPU for 1280 x 1040 res monitor

I am looking for a cheap graphics card that is better than the 7600 gt to put in an older rig.

I am using it for a friend, but it will never get upgraded beyond this point, so i don't want anything overkill.

I was looking to keep it under $50.

I found an open box 6570 ddr3 for $41.

Do you think this will suffice or not?

Mainly it will be used for League of legends, but with the current 7600 it has to be on low/med settings.

Another game that will most likely be attempted on it in the near future is D3.

Any advice is appreciated. I do not mind buying a refurbished or open box part and have no preference of brand.

An HD 6570 should be quite a bit better than a 7600GT. I would go for it.

At 1280 x 1024 you will be very CPU bound in most games anyway. The new card should help though.

d3 should be okay, but frames will be fairly low. I'd jump to a 6670 if you can stretch it.

That site is actually what i was going off of. I couldn't seem to find anything for a better price in that level.

I would love to put a 6670 into this computer, but that is out of the budget for the friend in which i am building this for. I feel like the 6670 would hit the sweet spot. He already has to pay me in increments and I am only charging him $250. That is for the whole computer peripherals and all. So what if it is a core 2 duo, it is a heck of a lot better then what he is running with now.

And yes i am a fan of Underoath, at one point considered my favorite band. For some reason I don't listen to them as much anymore though. :/

Comes with Dirt 3 as well......hard to say no to that.
