First Build- Hardware Compatibility

Hi,
This is my first build and i have done some reading on forums and reviews on mobos and everything else. so i have chosen the components that i think will do the job and just wondering if these components will all work together and at a good speed?

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V

CPU: Intel Core i5 2320

CPU cooling: Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro CPU cooler

GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1Gb

RAM: Corsair CMX8GX3MsA1333C9 8GB (2 x 4Gb) DDR3

Storage: Seagate Barracudda 500Gb ST500DM002

Optical Drive: LG GH24NS90 24x SATA DVD-RW Drive OEM

PSU: Corsair GS 600 Power Supply

So i am just wondering if they will work together with all the specifications, and im open to suggestions of any improvements.

Avoid GS Corsair PSUs. They are low quality units. Upgrade to a Radeon 6790 as it is better than the 550ti.
